  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, we currently only ship within the United States.
      • Do you offer free shipping?
        Yes we offer free shipping on orders totaling $50 or more before tax.
          • What carrier do you use to ship?
            We use USPS with tracking information.
              • How can I track my order?
                You will receive an email with a tracking number once your online order has been processed and shipped.
                  • Can I return something?
                    No we do not accept returns, only exchanges. Please review our policies.

                      How long do exchanges take?

                        Please view our policies. Once we have approved your exchange; exchanges are processed within 5 business days once we receive your item(s). You will receive a tracking number once your new item(s) have been shipped out.
                          • If I received a damaged item, what should I do?
                            Please view our damage policy.
                              • Can my jewelry be repaired?
                                Please view our repair policy.
                                  • When an item says immediately available, what does that mean?
                                    It means that the item can be shipped out within 2 business days.
                                      • How long will a custom order take?
                                        A custom order can take 2-3 weeks to be processed and shipped.
                                          • An item I wanted to purchase is no longer available. Can I still order it?
                                            If there was an item you would like to purchase, but you no longer see it online, please contact retail@juliodesigns.com. It may be an item we can still make or it may be discontinued.
                                              • How do I cancel my order?
                                                If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please contact our office at retail@juliodesigns.com. If your order is still being processed and has not shipped, your order can be cancelled. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
                                                  • What payment methods do you accept?
                                                    American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club Intl, JCB, MasterCard, PayPal and Visa.
