It means that the item can be shipped out within 2 business days.
- How long will a custom order take?
A custom order can take 2-3 weeks to be processed and shipped.

If there was an item you would like to purchase, but you no longer see it online, please contact
retail@juliodesigns.com. It may be an item we can still make or it may be discontinued.
- How do I cancel my order?
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please contact our office at
retail@juliodesigns.com. If your order is still being processed and has not shipped, your order can be cancelled. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
